stat4decision was founded in 2012 by Emmanuel Jakobowicz, PhD with a simple observation: organisations had valuable data but lacked the expertise to use it — without jargon, without over-engineered solutions, with a genuine focus on results.

Over 12 years we've worked with 200+ organisations — from CAC 40 companies to public research institutions — on data science, machine learning, AI and statistical analysis projects.

With a PhD and over 15 years of experience in data-driven projects and research, Emmanuel founded stat4decision in 2012 to bridge the gap between academic rigour and operational delivery. He has led data science and AI projects across banking, energy, healthcare, retail and public research.

He teaches and consults on data science, machine learning and generative AI — believing that the best solutions are the ones teams can own, understand and extend independently.
